4. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all charges associated with your subscription
• Automatic recurring billing for subscription plans
• Credit consumption based on usage beyond your plan allocation
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice

5. Credits and Usage

Credits are used to generate AI content on our platform:

• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used
• Unused credits from monthly plans do not roll over
• Additional credits beyond your plan are charged at published rates
• Credit usage is final and cannot be reversed

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates any laws
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful content
• Spam, bulk messaging, or unsolicited communications
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Attempting to bypass usage limits or access controls
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Replyly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our Service.

8. Cancellation and Termination
