1. General Refund Policy

At Replyly, we strive to provide excellent service to all our users. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our subscription services.

2. No Refunds for Used Credits

Important: Credit Usage Policy

Once credits have been used to generate AI content, refunds are not available.Credits represent computational resources and AI processing that have been consumed and cannot be recovered.

This includes any usage of credits for:

  • Generating AI replies or tweets
  • Creating content using our AI tools
  • Any other credit-consuming activities on the platform

3. No Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds under any circumstances. Refunds, when eligible, are processed as full refunds for the current billing period only.

4. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible for a full refund only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Zero Credit Usage: You have not used any credits from your subscription
  • 7-Day Window: You contact us within 7 days of being billed for your subscription
  • Valid Reason: You provide a legitimate reason for the refund request
  • Account in Good Standing: Your account has not violated our terms of service

5. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria above, you can request a refund by:

  1. Contacting us within 7 days of your billing date
  2. Providing your account email and subscription details
  3. Explaining the reason for your refund request
  4. Confirming that no credits have been used

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription through our payment processor, Paddle.

7. Subscription Cancellation

Please note that requesting a refund will result in immediate cancellation of your subscription and loss of access to premium features. If you're unsure about canceling, consider downgrading to our free plan instead.

8. Free Plan Alternative

Instead of requesting a refund, you may prefer to cancel your subscription and continue using our free plan, which includes 5 free tweets per day. This allows you to continue using Replyly without any ongoing charges.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and transparently.

10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
